Finally, a lawn that fits your lifestyle—not the other way around.

Simple Lawn Mow Less Grass Seed Blend was created for people who want a beautiful lawn without the time, fuel, and effort that traditional turf demands. This thoughtfully selected blend of fine-textured, slow-growing grasses forms a dense, uniform lawn that naturally grows shorter, helping reduce mowing frequency while maintaining a clean, polished look.

  • Naturally Mow Less – Slow-growing grass varieties stay shorter, helping reduce mowing frequency and maintenance time
  • Fine, Clean Blade Texture – Thinner grass blades create a smooth, uniform lawn with a tidy, intentional appearance
  • Low Maintenance Performance – Designed to require less water, fewer mowings, and minimal ongoing care once established
  • Even, Uniform Growth – Fills in consistently across the lawn for a polished look without clumps or patchiness
  • Great for Everyday Lawns – Ideal for front yards, backyards, and residential spaces where simplicity and curb appeal matter
  • Easy to Establish – Germinates reliably and blends seamlessly into existing lawns or new seedings

Unlike coarse or aggressive grasses, Simple Lawn produces thinner blades and a softer appearance that looks intentional—not wild or overgrown. It establishes evenly across your yard, filling in bare areas while staying manageable and tidy. Once established, it requires less water, fewer mowings, and less overall input compared to conventional grass seed.

Ideal for front yards, backyards, and everyday living spaces, Simple Lawn is well-suited for homeowners who value simplicity, curb appeal, and low maintenance. Whether you’re upgrading an existing lawn or starting fresh, this blend makes it easier to achieve a refined lawn that works with your schedule—not against it.

Seeding Information:
Fine Fescues are easy to establish and can be seeded in spring, summer, or fall, or dormant seeded in late fall when the ground is frozen or over fresh snow on a calm day in winter. If seeding in spring, wait until ground thaws and soil temperatures are around 55 degrees (Late April to early May for upper mid-west states). Avoid seeding before hot and dry periods, and make sure to prevent soil from completely drying out during the germination period.

Approximate Ratio:
75% Creeping Red Fescue
7.5% Hard Fescue
7.5% Chewings Fescue
